Kicks

FRONT
KICK
-
In a back stance, raise your right knee to hip level with your body facing forward and
thrust your leg out in straight line with the ball of your toes.

Retract your leg quickly and land the kicking leg forward to a back stance.

Repeat same kick with your left leg.
PUSHING KICK
-
In a back stance, raise your knee to your chest and push your leg out horizontally in a straight
line with the heel of the foot .

Retract your leg quickly and land the kicking leg forward to a back stance.

Repeat same kick with your left leg.
SLAMMING
KICK
-
In a back stance, raise your right leg by swinging outward (away from your opponent) to
reach maximum height and
-
Quickly drop your leg sharply parallel to your body with heel of your foot (towards your
opponent) and land the kicking leg forward to a back stance.

Repeat same kick with your left leg.
SIDE KICK
-
In a back stance, raise your knee and at the same time twist your hip and
turn your body facing the opposite direction (all done in one move),

Thrust your right leg forward with sharp side of foot. retract your leg quickly and
land the kicking leg forward to a back stance.
BACK THRUST
-
In a back stance, twist and turn, with your back facing your opponent, raise your right knee
slightly and thrust your leg backward with heel of foot (like a horse kicking but with one leg)
glancing at your opponent with the side of your eyes.

Retract your leg quickly and land the kicking leg forward to a back stance.

Repeat same kick with your left leg.
BACK
HOOK

In a back stance, twist and turn, with your back facing your opponent, raise your right kicking leg to
knee level, while spinning, extent and hook (kick) with heel or sole of foot.

Retract your leg quickly and land the kicking leg forward to a back stance.
-
Repeat same kick with your left leg.
