MIDDLE SECTION PUNCHES

  • In a horse stance, with both your fists placed beside your side at waist level (palm side facing upward).
  • Strike your fist forward (like a drill) in a straight line toward the sola plexus region and twist your wrist just before impact to gain maximum strength.

BACK FIST

  • In a horse stance, bring your striking fist to the opposite side, level with your face and knuckles facing upward.
  • Strike forward toward the region of the bridge of the nose and twist your wrist just before impact with your elbow bent.

ELBOW STRIKE

  • In a horse stance, bring your striking hand (in a fist) with your elbow bent toward the level of your shoulder and swing outward to the face region with your elbow bent striking your target with the tip of your elbow.

INNER KNIFE HAND STRIKE

  • In a horse stance, bring your striking hand (like a chopper) behind your ear with your fingers facing upward.
  • Swing your striking hand toward the neck region and twist your wrist 90 degrees inward just before impact with elbow bent.

OUTER KNIFE HAND STRIKE

  • In a horse stance, bring your striking hand (like a chopper) to the opposite side of your face with fingers facing upward.
  • Swing your striking hand toward the neck region and twist your wrist 90 degrees outward.
